POLICY

At Tiffany Bloom Studio, every arrangement is designed with intention - but flowers are a living, seasonal product, and availability changes weekly based on what is freshest and most beautiful at the time of your order.

Artistic Substitutions

Specific flower varieties, colors, and foliage shown in portfolio images or listed in product descriptions represent the style and aesthetic of the arrangement, not a guaranteed ingredient list. When a requested or featured bloom is unavailable , out of season, or does not meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute with a flower or foliage of equal or greater value that maintains the integrity of your arrangement's color palette, texture, and overall aesthetic.

What We Will Never Do

We will not substitute down in quality, reduce the volume of an arrangement, or change the overall color story of your order without contacting you first.

Perishable Product

Fresh flowers are a perishable agricultural product. Arrangement lifespan varies by flower variety, care and environmental conditions. We provide care instructions with every order, We are not responsible for premature wilting caused by improper care after delivery or pickup.
